NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That a special meeting of the Police Jury of the Parish of West Feliciana, State of Louisiana, has been ordered and called and will be held in the Police Jury Meeting Room of the Parish Governmental Building, 5934 Commerce Street, St. Francisville, Louisiana, on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Five (5:00) o’clock p.m. for the following:

1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Prayer & Pledge
4. Approval of agenda items for consideration and action
5. Approval of Police Jury Minutes from regular meetings of October 5 & 10, 2006 as written

6. OLD BUSINESS:

a. Hardwood Sewer System – Proposal to perform evaluation and possible design upgrades

7. NEW BUSINESS:

a. November 7, 2006 Special Election – Resolution providing for canvassing the returns and declaring results to authorize the levy of special tax therein

b. Chapter 3 Alcoholic Beverages/Code of Ordinances – Amend – Assistant District Attorney

c. Tourist Commission – Continue providing funds for office rent

d. New State Mandatory Building Code – Joint effort to implement with other Parishes

e. Local Government Assistance Program – Selection of project/s

f. 2007 Budget – Schedule public hearing

g. Liquor Permits

h. Financial Statement
